As the title suggests, this blog is created solely for muscle building. Over the years I’ve learnt about muscle building techniques and strategies through mostly research on the internet, as well as borrowing books to further cement my background knowledge.

Well times have changed and you have these new muscle building ebooks floating around the internet that promises great muscle mass gaining glory. A few days ago my friend got his hands on one of these and he shared with me the contents. The ebook by Vince Delmonte, titled No Nonsense Muscle Building was a great eye opener.

Now honestly before I had the chance to study these ebooks myself, I wasn’t very convinced by the hype surrounding these information products. I was never comfortable paying for non tangible products like ebooks and the site selling it seemed like an elaborate marketing ploy to me. The seller promised incredible and fast results (especially for hardgainers, which I am one), with a ton of freebies such as exercise databases and mealplans. I wasn’t impressed but when I finally sat down to read through the contents of Vince Delmonte Fitness Guide I found my original view towards these products very presumptuous.

Firstly, any experienced trainer or muscle builder can easily attest to the fact that this guy Vince Delmonte knows his stuff. The way he describes his techniques and plan plainly shows his level of experience, which is plentiful and real. I like the way in which his main manual was written – no fluff and general crap to fill word space, just straightforward instructions to get your muscle gain plan down.
His nutritional tips are divided into two sections; things that I presume are common knowledge among muscle trainers and some personal secrets that I never dreamed of. Between the two, more is on the first type, of which information you can find if you bother to research on the internet thoroughly. But trust me, his nutritional secrets are well worth it. I won’t reveal what they are for fear of legal issues but overall it is a fantastic way for any beginner hardgainer to get started. Kinda wished I had this when I started out, might have saved me some time and grief.

Secondly his freebies are actually good. His muscle growth tracker is a simple program that records and tracks your muscle and weight gains, workout performance and general progress. Although this is something you can easily make on your own using excel, I like his readymade format that looks and functions great. Other stuff he throws in such as the 29 week step by step beginner and intermediate guides and exercise database are amazing content that I won’t spend excessive time giving accolades to cause I’m kind of tired right now and that there are already many good reviews out there that cover those areas. The one bonus I must compliment on though, is its supplement report. There are a lot of facts there are that real and not exposed to the general community. I would love it if Vince can continually update his supplement reports on new products. Hell I would pay for it cause the report will save me a hell lot of money.

The short version is Vince Delmonte Fitness Guide rocks. I would probably recommend just about any beginner or frustrated person (over the lack of results) to really give this a go. For a small price you get to see real results. Well worth it in my opinion. But this is supposedly one of the best selling muscle building guides on the internet so perhaps not every product is like that. I’ll reserve my judgement for the others and see what I can lay my hands on to find out more.
